David was very helpful and pleasant throughout the process, and since I didn't live nearby he sent me a box to ship it in, and he shipped it back to me for free. Gloves are also sent so that if you open the box to look at it, it will be protected from the oils on your hands. With Edricks and David I got my dress looking absolutely beautiful at a great price.
