The customer service was great! We were in a pinch to get a hot tub replaced on a rental home and everyone at the Hot Tub Store was very accommodating to assisting us in getting a new one quickly. The Hot Tub Store did an amazing job of helping us pick out a hot tub and installed it beautifully. They were excellent at communicating throughout the entire process.

Before your new hot tub or spa is delivered we offer a complimentary site inspection to help determine the best location and orientation so that you can enjoy the perfect spot for relaxation. We also verify that you have the proper support, electrical supply and access. All concerns are addressed prior to delivery day.
