I couldnt see the inside of the apartments, but the outside looks well maintained. They don't have garages, though.

Not that I really enjoy going out of my way to review any place, BUT I feel like maybe this deserves it. I rented from Summit Knolls Townhomes for the past year and have been harassed and badgered non stop by the office, as well as the HOA. I have paid out on top of my rent close to 1000$ in fines over the course of the past year, for things that honestly are quite overboard on there behalf. This has gone as far as on the day I moved out I had my trailer parked where i would be the least intrusive as possible and again they are sending me a fine for having my trailer! I tried talking to them calmly

I lived in the apartments for a 1 year then a townhouse for the past 3 and I gotta say, this place was the absolutely best place to live!! Very courteous staff and maintenance team, I will greatly miss living there!
