The owner of Intown Plumbing, Michael Grose, started plumbing back in 1996 as an apprentice plumber, and never stopped going.
After 10 years in-the-trenches (literally) and working in the field, Michael shifted his focus to project estimation and learning what's important to build strong relationships with customers. In 2010 he acquired his Master Plumbing license and decided to start his own company. Throughout his years in plumbing, Michael developed a strong sense of purpose in how he wanted to run his company.
