Questions
What does a vacant staging package include?
Our packages include area rugs, furniture, lighting, and decor tailored to each room type. Living rooms receive sofas, tables, and artwork while bedrooms get bedding, nightstands, and accent pieces.
How long can furniture be rented?
Staging furniture rentals last 60-90 days depending on contract terms. Clients may extend rentals for 30 days at 20% of the original contract fee.
Do you offer occupied home staging?
We currently specialize in vacant home staging only, but can provide referrals for occupied staging needs while maintaining our focus on vacant property solutions.
How are design decisions made?
Our designers select furnishings based on the property's architecture, color scheme, and target market to create cohesive, appealing spaces that maximize buyer interest.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle transfers, and checks. Invoices are sent via PayPal on staging day, with checks accepted at the property during service delivery.
