The vision for Scuba Marco came to Capt. Jeff while he was underwater at Marco Island's Five Mile Reef. Dive conditions were perfect that day and in the middle of a beautiful, tranquilizing dive he had the thought, "I could bring divers out here, share this aquatic beauty and give them a great experience."

We teach PADI certifications that are recognized around the world. There are more than 10 major training agencies worldwide, and we can accept Open Water Referral Students from any of them, as long as they adhere to the World Recreational Scuba Training Council's Standards. All legitimate certification agencies put slightly different spins on certain aspects of training.
Dive-N-A-Day

Start with a fun, easy pool session to introduce the skills you'll need for your open water dive experience. We'll get you acquainted with the dive equipment, practice mask clearing and buoyancy skills, and show you how easy it can be to move about underwater. Please do remember: Scuba diving is a weather related sport!
Open Water Certification

Our entry level PADI Open Water certification is a fast, fun and safe way to enter the fabulous underwater world. Your certification card will enable you to dive anywhere in the world, buy or rent equipment, and never expires. We can complete training in as little as 3 days, and can certify students as young as age 10!

So you have completed the class and pool portions of your Open Water Certification and now you need to complete the open water dives. Perhaps you had scheduling conflicts on open water weekend? Or, maybe you just aren't excited about the prospect of giant striding into a cold, murky quarry? We certainly don't blame you for that!
