Hi! My name is Hojjat "Tom" Tamar and I'm the President & CEO here at City Wide Protection Services, Inc. We are a fully licensed security company in the state of California. We offer a full range of Security Services, Camera & Alarm Monitoring, Consultation, and Security Training.

Our firm was founded in August of 2012 based on the principles of serving with integrity and professionalism above and beyond what is often found in the security industry.I have been in the security industry for more than a decade. I began my career at the age of 18 as a regular security guard watching an empty parking lot.

CWPS Provides a Wide Range of Security Services and is the trusted security partner of hundreds of San Diego businesses, construction sites, and residential properties. Fully uniformed with duty belt. Our fully trained and experienced officers carry a firearm, baton, Mace, handcuffs, flashlight, two way radios or cell phone, and TASER (optional).

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) predicts the overall number of security guard job opportunities will increase by 19 percent from 2010 to 2020.

Once the Bureau has received the application information, processing fees and the criminal history background is approved, a "Clear" status will show on the Bureau's website with your Permit number and Expiration date. When the "Clear" status shows on the site, a screen print out of the page may be used as a temporary Security Guard Registration so the Guard may be placed on assignment.
