Fantastic customer service! Responsive and quick to address items that you wouldn't think were under warranty - cartridges, hoses, etc...Rohl faucets are beautiful (and expensive) but they are built well and the customer service from House of Rohl has been awesome (over the past six years for me!)

One faucet hose leaking on day one & requested one hose from Rohl. Next day over-night shipping one faucet hose arrived. Great service!!

Beautiful fixtures, its like jewelry for your kitchen. But I was very surprised how good was customer service. I emailed them about issue I had , and it was most likely due to my installer mistake, they still send me part next day no charge. Thank you.

Had a minor issue (no fault of theirs, I dropped the unit). with a sprayer and the addressed it immediately. I still had a problem and they replaced the whole unit without question or cost. This is a great company with great customer service. Their products are high quality and last a long time. Highly recommend.
