As most of you have heard by now, Del Mar Horse Park has been closed for boarders. So, after 29 years there, we have packed up and started a new chapter in our history. We have moved to Cielo Equestrian Facility in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, just 12 minutes from Horse Park. CEC is founded and dedicated to a sustainable corporate concept of linked prosperity.
Our social mission compels us to provide teaching and support to Make A Wish Foundation. Our teaching mission drives us to educate the public interested in traditional English hunter/jumper riding to the best of our ability with the healthiest and happiest horses we can care for. Equestrian Riding improves health and fitness, teaches life lessons, improves social skills, boosts confidence and teaches responsibility.

Mark opened the doors of Concord Equestrian Center (CEC) in San Diego over 29 years ago with a vision to bring horses into the lives of kids and adults. He has built his reputation on classical English style riding with an emphasis on equitation and jumping. Concord is a place to learn traditional horsemanship and have fun competing.
The Riding Academy & Pricing

Our Riding Academy was established in 1996. It is the oldest, largest and one of the most respected English riding academies and horsemanship centers on the West Coast. We teach children through adults with professional Instructors on show quality school horses. Most of the school ponies and horses were or are currently on the show circuit.

Mark has been guiding riders through their show careers for over 38 years. His students compete at the AA collegiate level, the international and national level "A" shows, and many have moved on to become professionals themselves with their own successful barns. Mark and his team know that one of the biggest rewards of all the hard work we put into our riding is the opportunity to compete.

Our horses are among the best cared for the world. Knowledge and understanding are the most important parts of horse care. No two horses are the same and our program tailors specifically to each horse or pony. Mark has always been on the forefront of progressive horse nutrition and care for three decades now.
