If there were a 0 star that's what they would get. I brought them all my medical records and prescription the first of January. Never heard a word. Went back about March12th. They couldn't find one piece of paper I brought in and I was not in the system even. The day I went in all the ladies up front were eating, infact they were more interested in stuffing their faces than waiting on a customer.
Well here I sit 3 1/2 months later with no supplies. Never waste your time with these unorganized fools!! I am calling my insurance to find a different provider. If your insurance goes to Med Plus across

We have worked with Kalen to get a CPAP machine and she has been professional, courteous and always very prompt with her service and care. I cant really speak for price comparisons with other companies, but she has worked hard to help us get the most out of our insurance and equipment.
