Report
Two years ago, my wife and I hired BWE Home Theater Company to upgrade our home theater system, including installing a larger TV and updating our components. We chose not to call the original smart home consultants for this work, since we had been dissatisfied with the original home theater system for a number of years. The universal remote would become disconnected with the system and we had to pay the original home theater consultants a $75 service charge each time they came to "fix" the system that they recommended and installed. In fact, initially, we only wanted BWE to put all
