My name is Christopher Allen and I am the owner/ technician of PDR Express. I have 15 years in the automotive industry and grew up in the collision repair side of the industry learning and working for my parents who have a collision repair shop. After working with family for several years as an estimator / assistant manager, I moved on to a dealership collision repair shop.
I worked there as an estimator for 10 months then took an offer to work for Texas Farm Bureau as an auto adjuster. I started practicing paintless dent repair right before my joining in with TXFB. I continued on training and purchasing more tools in my 3.5 years with TXFB and my side business got to the point where I had to make a decision to go full time.

Paintless Dent Repair or PDR is the art of messaging or encouraging the dent or ding back to the original pre damaged condition by gaining access to the back side of the metal panel, or by glue pulling the exterior metal panels using special tools and lighting.
