We are a family owned business with passion for music education and investing in our local community. We hope to grow our music family and continue to build on our years of international music education experience, as Music Box, the School on Stage. The songs and technics students learn are actually those that they listen to and enjoy every day.
Free Monthly Group Class
Report
All monthly Performance Workshops are offered to Music Box students FREE of charge. These are instructor led group lessons for piano, guitar, bass, ukulele, drum players and vocalist. Children and adult student meet monthly, in two separate forums.
Students sign up to perform a song, or an excerpt from the piece they want to showcase and get feedback on, via a sign up sheet at the school, or by contacting us at info@musicboxinc.com or (901) 626-0973.Each monthly class offers an opportunity for several students to practice performance, and for their peers - to learn how to provide positive feedback to performers.

Musical Theatre

Music Box Inc. is pleased to announce the re-start of our children's Musical Theatre program. This Program features over 40 hours of musical theatre instruction (voice, acting, dance and more) from our experienced and accredited educators. The total cost of participation is $375. Additionally, each CAST member will receive a CREW job and will be given the opportunity to help with set, costume, and show experience design and implementation.

At Music Box teaching music is about much more than simply teaching technical skills and theory. Our approach to music lessons is more holistic. We don't center our lessons on learning an instrument as fast and effectively as possible alone, we think more broadly about the effects learning music has on other skills, like motivation, focus, resilience and creativity.

Explore & learn to play various musical instruments as a real-life music Band. Develop your Band identity, budget, marketing materials. Lead and learn within your individual Band role, & build onto essential social & emotional skills. Play on professional gear, sound & light equipment, contribute to Band rehearsals, and perform for your family & friends.
