Absolutely horrible. Regret referring someone to this company and regret spending my time AND money to a company that will never get anything done for you or fix any of the problems in the home. They expect you to go out and find the contractors and do all of the work. NEGATIVE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Our sales person was heather and she never calls you back when needed or when left a voicemail. Have been waiting for the guy to come finish fixing our house and its been 3 months since weve last seen him. Wouldnt recommend anybody to buy from here

Went in today to view some homes. They were practicing social distancing so I given a key to look in the homes! Ms. Heather helped me once I was done with my tour! Very professional people! Would recommend them!

My in-Laws bought a home from Jim Tatman in April. Its October now and they have still not been able to move in. Ive never seen a company that drags their feet so bad. Please take my advice and shop somewhere else. It would have been quicker if my in-laws would have just built from scratch with a contractor.
