With almost 20 years experience as a facility owner and administrator, Lauren now serves as manager of all locations of Blue Skies Homes. It was Lauren's compassion for the elderly that attracted her to the industry years ago, and that compassion remains today at the core of our company philosophy of providing the best care possible in a friendly, cheerful environment.

They live at the facility, and there are two on duty at all times. They are supervised by Owner/Administrator Lauren Delancey, who is responsible for establishing standards and providing the necessary training to meet them.

Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) provide room, board, housekeeping, supervision, and personal care assistance with basic activities like personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility for seniors age 60 and older. This level of care and supervision is for people who are unable to live by themselves but who do not need 24 hour nursing care.
