Established in 2012, The Willows is a little nursery school located in the heart of the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose, California. We are Reggio-inspired and offer play-based, half to full day programs for children from 2 years and 9 months to school age. Founded in 2012, The Willows Nursery School values open communication and mutual respect, learning through play and inquiry, as well as listening and dialogue. With the support of trained educators, children ages 2 years and 9 months to school age explore an array of materials, tools, concepts, and projects in an environment designed to embrace their individual needs and interests.

Our school is located in the heart of the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose, California. We place a great deal of importance on the school environment and consider it the child's "third teacher." Teachers carefully prepare the environment with a variety of materials presented in a manner that encourages children to be agents in developing understandings, exploring new possibilities, and asking new questions.
