Dr. Mahoney founded Mahoney Dermatology Specialists in 2007, with his wife Erin and a staff of two. Our dermatology practice in Pinellas Park FL and St Petersburg FL is, and always will be, a local family business. Our goal was to create a dermatology practice that was patient-focused, centering on providing cutting edge dermatology for our patients without the "assembly line" feel of many of the large dermatology practices surrounding us today.
As patients ourselves, we don't like to be rushed, and we appreciate the opportunity to ask questions about the our diagnosis and treatment. I must say, I been looking for good doctors for my daughter. After all as a mom I want my children to have the best care. In this office the atmosphere, the doctor, nurses (team) show a level of care, consideration, humbleness, humanity I haven't seen in a long time.
