I really enjoyed Dr. Poulsen. He listens well and offered immediate suggestions. We discussed a lot of options, and he was well informed on all the technology. I also enjoyed meeting the very nice receptionist. They took excellent care of me!

Austin was very good in the testing and explaining the results of the tests so that you could understand what was found and how to correct the hearing loss.
Ruby was very helpful also in determining the best device to meet my needs by listening to what I said and giving truthful advise. You can not find a better group to get the help needed to be able take part in conversations again.
