Pete distinguished himself by going the extra miles to diagnose, and to fix my ejector pump problem. The initial assessment was to replace the floater switch. However, during the process Pete found out the pump itself was not working properly. He spent extra time to diagnose the pump and eventually fixed it without charge me any extra.
