When you call or reserve your stay online, one night's deposit is required for guaranteed reservation. Confirmations will be sent by mail or email by our office. All rooms non-smoking. Two week cancellation notice - $10.00 service charge. No refunds for cancellations with in the 2 week period - or for early departures.

Our rooms are tailor-made for your comfort. Our staff is on duty around the clock. Linens and towels are changed daily while you are enjoying all that Cape Cod has to offer - - beaches, nature trails, golf, bicycle trails, whale watches, wonderful restaurants, and all of the art galleries and museums.

Our Deluxe Family Rooms are located in the back Schooner building on the 1st and 2nd floor. Two of our Deluxe Family Rooms are located near the playground and fire pit area. Two of our Deluxe Family Rooms are located near the outdoor pool area. Our Deluxe Family Rooms have 2 queen beds, a queen pull out couch, table with two chairs, dresser and a closet.

Our 2 Queen Bed Rooms are located in the front building as well as the back Schooner building on the 1st floor and 2nd floor. Our 2 Queen Bed Rooms have 2 queen beds, table with two chairs, dresser and a closet. We LOVE this place. The location is literally across the street from Marconi Beach and only a short drive east or west to several towns, beaches, restaurants and bars.

The best thing about this place is surely its location. Just a few minutes' drive in either direction gets you to where you want to go on the Upper Cape. Other pluses: very clean, pleasant staff, large room, good hot showers. We can't get enough of South Wellfleet Motor Inn. We've gone twice this summer and hope to go a third before the season is over.
