I ordered a pot from this company and it never arrived.
Weeks later, I began receiving invitations to "review your product!"
I contacted them, and they claimed the pot had been returned to them by UPS marked "Refused by Recipient." I never had any interaction with UPS, and typically in situations like this, UPS will email if there is an issue with delivery. Not even a tag on the door.
Emerson said they would send the pot again, "but you'll have to pay the shipping fee again." Zero empathy or attempt to rectify the situation as one would normally encounter in this type of situation.

I am in the process of trying to get a refund. Horrible customer service! Don't order on-line! I sent back the order on a timely basis via FedEx but all I get is a million excuses why the refund can't be issued. My next step is to contact PayPal for help.

For many years I try to buy from American companies. I ordered 4 mugs for $94.00. They were just too thick rimmed so I paid $17.00 to ship them back and the refunded $79.00. So it cost me $32.00 and I hav3 nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. This is why Amazon is winning. Lesson learned albeit costly.

Definitely worth getting to and checking out the items at this outlet store. Service personnel have always been super courteous and friendly. Of course we've found that this pottery is quite fragile. Kinda stinks when you have four kids and move every few years for your employer. But the pieces are interesting and bring out questions from home visitors.
