In the mid-1980s, Bill Newell, a successful entrepreneur and his wife Susan, a talented, dedicated special education teacher, decided to leave the cold Canadian weather and make Naples Florida their home. They quickly discovered their unique abilities in business and education were ideal for serving condominium and homeowners associations in Naples.
