There is a 24hr Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice via text/email may be subject to a fee of 50% of the missed appointment. Established clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment will be charged for the full cost of the appointment before any further services can be rendered.
