Our mission at My Tutor Driving School is to offer quality driver education to every student who walks through our doors. We wish to continue the legacy that Mary Jo Foerste, visionary behind My Tutor, began over 30 years ago. We want our students to be happy and thoroughly confident in their future endeavors, and we hope that My Tutor will make a positive impact on their educational journeys.

Driving School
Report
My Tutor Driving School is licensed by the Illinois Secretary of State to provide classroom and driving instruction for Teens and Adults. The Teen course consists of 30 hours classroom instruction, 6 hours behind the wheel, and 6 hours of observation. Adult instruction is scheduled as needed. This program fulfills all state requirements for an individual to obtain an Illinois Driver License.
Remedial Class
Report
Usually the first Saturday of every month, My Tutor is certified to offer a 4 hour remedial class. The class runs from 9:00am-1:00pm. The cost is $100.00 (including a non-refundable $50 deposit) and you must bring a photo ID or your paperwork provided by the police. Please bring CASH to pay the balance the day of class.
