Nice, friendly. My appt was for 1400. I called at 0830 told them I was 30 mins away and asked if they would load me early and they said certainly they would. They load you out on the street off Forrest Park. It's a tiny little street watch out for 4 wheelers parked on it.

We have a landscaping business with a company account at Jackson's and we have spent many thousands of dollars with Jackson's nursery, they suggested we go to Jackson Pottery Inc to look at the showroom and the woman at the front office could not have been more rude or dismissive. When asking if I could take a look at the showroom she looked at me if I was dirt or she had smelt some bad cheese and very rudely informed me they are wholesalers and that the showroom is for account holders only. I am well aware of that fact and said that we do in fact have an account, to which she condecendingly responded

I am working with a designer who lives out of state and they would not let me look at any inventory before purchasing. Even though I am working with a designer and landscaper. I called the number listed on their website and they said they are open for retail customers as well as wholesale. They were so rude. Color variations differ so much and they just want you to choose based on a catalog. Forget it. Would t spend a dime here.
