Dr. Meenakshi Patel has been in practice in the Dayton area since 1987.

A clinical trial is an investigational study in which physicians help researchers gather data to improve the health of our society. Sometimes the current treatments available do not work as well as wish they would and people look for alternative solutions for their conditions. Some people volunteer for altruistic reasons; they would like to do their part to help others and future generations.

Your physician will write you prescriptions with a specific number of refills. We recommend that they day you receive your last refill; you call the office to schedule your next appointment. It is important that your physician sees you periodically so he/she can evaluate how you are responding to the medications and make adjustments as needed.
