We create exceptional esthetics by layering porcelain over lithium disilicate or zirconia frameworks. Monolithic all-ceramic crowns and bridges (either zirconia or lithium disilicate) are stained and glazed.
Malcamp Dental Ceramics accepts STL digital scans from several chairside scanners. We use Exocad DentalCAD software to digitally design copings, full contour crowns, custom implant abutments, and create printed models. In order to minimize the amount of chairside time required to make adjustments in the patient's mouth, we continue to use stone or printed models to refine proximal and occlusal contacts.

Cheryl Malcamp received her degree in Electron Microscopy from San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA in 1974. Over the next 23 years she conducted experiments and assisted PhD candidates with their scientific research projects. She had the opportunity to work at five major universities in the US and abroad.

Ivoclar Vivadent's lithium disilicate material revolutionized dentistry. High esthetics coupled with a flexural strength of 360-400 MPa made IPS e.max a versatile system to use. At Malcamp Dental Ceramics we use e.max and the new generation of lithium disilicate, GC LiSi, all-ceramic ingots to press monolithic crowns, veneers and copings in house.
