Transform family members into paid caregivers through Connecticut's AFL Program. Our state-certified program provides weekly stipends, 45+ registered nurses for support, and rapid response assessments within two days. Caregivers receive ongoing training, respite care, and access to proprietary technology for care coordination. This Medicaid-eligible program requires caregivers to live with seniors over 65 needing assistance with daily activities.
Home Care Services
Customized non-medical care delivered in clients' homes. Services include personal grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. Our trained caregivers provide hourly or around-the-clock support tailored to individual needs. Veterans receive specialized care through VA programs, with services designed to maintain independence while addressing mobility and daily living challenges.
Meals on Wheels
Nutritious meals delivered to seniors' homes across Connecticut. Offers American, European, Spanish, and Kosher options with special diets including low sodium and heart-healthy choices. Meals are prepared daily and delivered three times weekly, with pricing at $10-12 per day. Includes free delivery and dietary consultation with registered dieticians to meet specific health requirements.
Adult Day Centers
Safe, social environments operating 8am-4pm daily. Provides meals, recreational activities, exercise classes, and medical supervision. Centers offer transportation assistance, cultural outings, and computer classes. Designed for seniors seeking social engagement while giving caregivers respite. Available at four Connecticut locations with specialized programming for medical and physical needs.
