The owner is such a nice, hardworking and deserving person who needs as many sales as she needs to carry certain brand products like Copic, among others! If I had $1 million dollars, I'd donate it to her store so that she show the bank(s) and the other distributors that she deserves to carry more products in her store, brands like Copic Sketch from .Too, more Strathmore products, and maybe replace Hobby Lobby who like to over-charge on art supplies, especially on Copic Sketch markers! As I said, she's more deserving than any other drive-to art store!

The ladies running the place are nice but the border started to ripple and come away from the print after we paid a great deal of money to have it framed. I went to this spot to support local business. When I called to tell them about the rippling they said it was normal for this to happen do to humidity. Funny how it never happened to any other professionally framed artwork we have.

I guess the owner was having a bad day. I have been a good customer however I hadn't been in a few months. I came in after calling about a specific item because it was out of my way. I was told they had it but when I got there they only had one kind. I mentioned having called beforehand and she just walked away in a very rude unprofessional manner and stated it was all she had and "not to push her lady"
I will am not a mean or rude person. I was stunned at how rude she was. I guess she is doing well enough to be able to treat certain customers with such disrespect. Obviously I won't be going back
