Arrowhead Country Club

In the years following World War II, Rapid City grew rapidly and it became evident that the 9 hole Meadowbrook Golf Course, the only one in the city, was totally inadequate to meet the community's needs. The moving force behind a new country club was Art Dahl, President of Rapid City National Bank.

Arrowhead is nestled in the beautiful Black Hills of Rapid City, SD. Since its inception in 1954 the course has grown in its beauty and maturity and offers something for golfers of all skill levels. The course has 18 holes of championship golf, multiple sets of tees, rolling terrain and views of the Black Hills for miles for the eyes to see.

Charity Golf Tournaments and Golf Outings are a cut above the rest at Arrowhead. Our Professional Staff will help plan your golf event from the tee to the table. Lunch or dinner, before or following your golf outing can be hosted as a private function outside the Golf Shop, in the Ballroom, The Arrowhead Room or as a casual meal gathering in the Pub or Pub Deck.

Members can enjoy tennis year-round in the state of the art tennis facility featuring 3 indoor tennis courts and 2 lighted outdoor courts, which are available for open play, private and group lessons, as well as Junior and Adult Programs. Inside the Tennis Center features men's and women's locker rooms, Pro Shop and Fitness Center.

At Arrowhead, we offer year-round tennis instruction for all ages to give them a lifetime of enjoyment. Tiny Tikes class has been developed for the youngest ones, ages 3.5 - 5 years old. This class is for the real young ones that want to have fun on the Tennis Court and experience the fun as early as possible.
