Advance Plus Therapy was founded by Allison Beckford. Allison Beckford is a Speech and Language Pathologist who is a certified member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She is licensed by the state of Texas and she received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Rice University in Sports Medicine and Linguistics.
Services

At Advance Plus Therapy we offer a wide range of services that will help your child develop the skill set required for improved speech and language communication. Services include evaluation and treatment of articulation, expressive language, receptive language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
Group Therapy
Report
Speech and language therapy services are also provided in group settings when necessary. Children learn from their clinician, who provides them with instructions. Additionally, children learn from each other when they interact with each other. Group therapy gives children opportunities to practice communication skills with their peers during the therapy session.
Individual Therapy
Report
We address your child's individual speech therapy needs during structured therapy while your child plays and learns. As we interact with your child we provide them with attention to meet their needs. Individual therapy is necessary for clients who do not fit into the "one approach fits all" category.
Training
Report
Parents, other families and other professionals have important roles to help people with communication and swallowing problems. At Advance Plus Therapy, we encourage parent, caregiver and family members involvement. When parents, caregivers, and family members are given the tools to enhance their child's or loved one's language development, therapy continues at home when the Speech Language Pathologist is not present.
