The mission of the Lakes Region Art Association is to enhance the ability of its members to create art and to further the appreciation of art in the Lakes Region area by the promotion, education, sale, and display of the visual fine arts. The Association is a non-profit educational and cultural organization located in the Tanger Outlets, Suite 300 in Tilton, New Hampshire.
The Lakes Region Art Association (LRAA), founded in 1940 by five local artists, was originally the Laconia Art Association. The purpose of the Lakes Region Art Association is to provide a supportive and educational forum for local artists, both amateur and professional. Members explore the use of various techniques, mediums and styles.

Membership
Report
Anyone engaged or interested in the pursuit of any of the accepted branches of the visual arts may be a member. The minimum age for membership is eighteen. An Annual LRAA Members Exhibition with cash prizes and awards, PLUS a variety of other shows around the Lakes Region. Eligibility for the Artist of the Month Program, which allows artists to show their work in local commercial locations.

We have over 25 participating artists and photographers displayed in the gallery. Choose from a wide variety of oil paintings, watercolors, pastels, acrylics, and photography. Come in and sign-up for different art classes or workshops. The LRAA Art Gallery is located at the Tanger Outlets, Suite 300, 120 Laconia Road, Tilton, NH.
