Cooking with The King
Report
As much as we like to savor King's Road beers on their own, the truth is that beer is not just for washing down pretzels. You can also use beer in recipes. Cooking with beer adds a deep, earthy flavor to savory dishes such as chili, soup, and stew; and a nutty, caramelized flavor to baked goods. The hops used in brewing beer make it bitter by nature.
