Elizabeth Van Aulen, MD
Family Physician
Dr. Van Aulen joined Alere after completing her residency at Lancaster General Hospital. A Franklin & Marshall College graduate, she emphasizes continuity of care and long-term patient relationships. She specializes in women's health and preventive medicine while balancing family life with two children.
Seth Martin, MD

We have seen Dr. Lupold for our medical care for over 15 years now. In that time we have always known him to provide excellent care that is compassionate, thorough, and evidence based. Five stars for Alere Family Health and Dr. Lupold! Dr. Lupold is, by far, the best physician that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He genuinely cares for his patients, takes a great deal of time and really listens. The direct care model is extremely patient centered. Dr.Chris Luphold is outstanding. I have seen him through out the years and I'm so happy that he offers the Direct Care now. I have constant contact with him or Quinn, they take the time to listen to "YOU" and not that you are just a number on a chart. Medications are always available at mind blowing rates. the monthly fee is affordable and I will continue to be a lifelong patient.

Direct Primary Care is a great medical care model. Dr Lupold is very knowledgeable, he takes great care to listen and assess. He is accessible and responds in a timely fashion to emails or texts. My husband and I have experienced a wonderful level of care. I am so pleased that we chose Alere Family Health. Ashley his nurse is on top of things and quick to respond to questions. She is both friendly and professional.
