First, we used this agency to rent our property. Debbie Putz admittedly did not inspect our home before and after a long term renter stayed in our home. At least seven walls were damaged, including pictures and frames that had been hanging on the walls. When inquiring with the renter, Debbie actually amended the damage disclosure to accommodate the renter's version of the condition of our unit. The renter caused other damage within our home which we have not been reimbursed for to date. Village of Pinehurst Rentals permitted guests access into our owner's closet even over our objection. Debbie Putz and the entire staff are extremely responsive and attentive. Debbie is always able to keep our home occupied, while also ensuring our rental home is receiving the highest quality attention. Their customer service is everything you'd ever want: prompt, friendly, professional, and giving 100% to every customer. Their properties are super clean, comfortable, well-appointed and maintained, and if you need anything at all, VoP Rentals is incredibly quick to respond and help/fix/provide. You will not find a better real estate office for a home purchase or Rental in Moore County. Their agents are great and Debbie Putz who is in charge of rentals is the absolute BEST!!
