The warranty would send us new ones for 900.00 dollars plus another thousand for installation! He told me our air conditioner was not a good one ( only 6 years old) and so many other things

The Smittys person that responded to my review is wrong. As I told him on the phone, my customer copy written by Smittys tech Dan when our AC system was checked on 4-11-2016 noted in the comments "PMA 4 of 8". Similarly, the last time Smittys checked our unit on 3-28-2018, tech Seth notes in the comments "6 of 8 PMA". I believe we should have two years left on our multi year agreement, but Smittys is now denying this...
