The pavilion is set up for ease of use by NYS certified Caterers and bartenders. The dining room is equipped with 200 fine china place settings (including coffee station with mugs & dessert plates). The Pavilion houses grill hook-ups, and a large commercial fridge & sink. Floral details for your big day can be ordered through the facility or brought by the renter for the event.

Pond Hill is open from May through October, and we schedule one large event per weekend of our season - allowing room for rain dates, wedding photography, set-up and rehearsals! We aim to be as customer-friendly as we can be, while delivering personal and professional service. We do continue to host tours during our off-season (weather-permitting), so just give us a shout via email if you'd like to schedule one!
