Services
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves inserting fine needles at specific points to restore bodily balance and promote healing. This ancient technique effectively addresses chronic pain, mental health conditions, and internal disorders by stimulating the body's natural healing processes. Patients often experience deep relaxation during sessions as the treatment encourages systemic equilibrium through targeted meridian stimulation.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Custom herbal formulations complement acupuncture treatments by addressing deep-seated health issues between sessions. These time-tested combinations of natural ingredients work synergistically to enhance treatment effectiveness and reduce reliance on pharmaceutical medications. Each formula is tailored to the patient's specific symptoms and adjusted as their condition improves through regular monitoring.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses controlled suction to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and detoxify the body. This adjunct treatment effectively addresses musculoskeletal pain by breaking adhesions and promoting blood flow to targeted areas. Temporary bruising may occur as toxins are drawn to the surface, typically resolving within a week.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion applies heat to acupuncture points using mugwort herb to stimulate circulation and energy flow. This technique effectively warms specific areas for targeted treatment or addresses broader meridian imbalances. The controlled application of heat enhances acupuncture effects by promoting deeper tissue penetration and muscle relaxation.
Asian Bodywork
Asian bodywork combines Shiatsu and Sotai techniques to release muscle tension and improve mobility. Shiatsu applies pressure along meridians similar to acupuncture, while Sotai encourages natural muscle release through guided movements. This therapy prepares the body for acupuncture or enhances treatment effects by addressing physical restrictions before needle placement.

Leah is amazing! I was seeing a local Chiropractor for 3
months and felt no relief. I decided to try acupuncture and Thank God I did!! I came to Leah for severe back and neck pain; I felt better and pain free after 1 session of acupuncture and cupping! I scheduled a total of 4 sessions, which I got a discount for doing. She's patient, attentive to my concerns and needs, and intelligent! I'm so happy I tried this...It's very relaxing and I always fall asleep during my sessions LOL! Thank you Leah for taking care of me and helping me recover...highly recommended and I'm continuing maintenance sessions

I see Leah for regular maintenance and especially for recocery from injury. I run a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program and it is important that I am able have my movements unobstructed. Leah helps me with everyday wear and was especially helpful with recovery after knee surgery. Highly recommended for daily wear or recovery from trauma.
