The Cellar, SBC's live music venue, was born out of our desire to build a space for creatives to gather and share in a unique experience that is like no other around. We are located at 305 South Market Avenue in downtown Springfield, Missouri at the corner of Walnut Street and Market Avenue.

We are thrilled to have Todd steering our incredible SBC ship. He has years of restaurant and brewing experience, is an avid organic gardener, and, of course, loves beer! Brian leads our brewing and distilling teams and has over two decades of experience. He has worked and learned from a variety of talented and passionate people.

Springfield Brewing Company (known by manysimply as the "BrewCo" or "SBC")has been in the business ofbrewing world class beers since 1997. Our story began when thePaul Mueller Company purchasedthe originalbuildingto create a showcase for their stainless-steel brewery tanks.
In so doing, the landscape of downtown Springfield was changed forever. Their goal was to provide the 417 community with a unique brewpub experience, combining locally crafted beer withgreatfood.Nearly 24 years later, the SBC phenomenon has evolved into the next level - now known as SBC's Campus!
