Pre-Listing Home Inspection
Report
If you plan on selling your home consider having a pre-listing inspection prior to putting it on the market. A pre-listing inspection gives you as the seller the advantage of knowing any key issues or major repairs your home may have instead of finding out days before the closing. Having this information ahead of time gives you the option to either fix the defects yourself or chose to leave them to the buyer to address.
Home Warranty Inspection

Home warranties for newly constructed homes typically offer coverage on workmanship and materials relating to various components of the home, such as windows, heating, ventilation, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Because these warranties usually expire one year after settlement, a first year anniversary inspection should be performed 11 months after closing.
