I am a clinically trained therapist and life coach. I am a certified Life Coach from Coach Training Alliance which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. My undergrad was completed at University of Florida, where I learned a valuable skill set and a base for my continuing knowledge.
Despite my love for the Gators my masters was completed at Florida State University. I graduated with an MSW and a drive to elevate others to new heights of personal achievement. There is no better feeling than knowing I have helped a client go beyond a personal or emotional roadblock. I specialize in assisting clients with their anxiety and depression.
