We hired them to manage our email marketing. They did a terrible job and ended up driving our deliverability and open rates into the ground. We brought things back in house and are not only saving money, but our email performance has been 2-3x better and we are having much healthier open rates and deliverability. For what they charge, they should be better.

WARNING! This company is absolutely incompetent. We had to fire them after less than 8 weeks for making a series of horrible decisions. When testing new ad copy, they kept poorly performing ads running for over a month. This cost us over $7,000 compared to our existing ads. If they had been paying attention, they would have seen statistically significant decreases in CTR within a day or two and disabled the poorly-performing ads. I had to do that for them. Next, they implemented three new campaigns with no oversight, resulting in $4000 ad spend for only 7 conversions. Again, I had to disable the

We have been using CPC for several months now and we can't be more happy. The stuff is extremely knowledgeable, quick to act and fast to implement with outstanding results. If you or your business is serious about online retail, CPC strategy is way to go as they are really experts in what they do.

I highly recommend you avoid them. We gave CPC our ACOS goals for campaigns. They then ran at double that for several weeks and they didn't seem concerned or interested in being aggressive in reducing this cost, then they started spending almost double what we'd agreed on. To put that in perspective, they were running at almost 4x what our advertising budget should have been.
Letting someone run your ads and having incentive to spend more requires a level of trust that I would highly recommend you NOT give CPC .
