Joshua McDowell is a Fayetteville chiropractor who also serves Fort Bragg, Raeford, Spring Lake, Cape Fear, Jack Britt, Westover, Hope Mills and many other surrounding communities in NC. Joshua McDowell graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2007 in St. Louis, MO. After leaving St. Louis, Dr. McDowell and his wife relocated to Raleigh, NC.

Cindy Nieves is the chiropractic assistant to Dr. McDowell and has been with the office since it opened in the fall of 2011. She has lived in the Fayetteville area for the past 2 years. She is originally from Brooklyn, NY and is a great mother to her three children. Cindy is very compassionate to our patients, great with children who visit the office, and very knowledgeable is the area of personal injury claims.
