Nice little place to stay. Keep in mind they closed the ramp from the public like it had been in the past..but across the lake, next to BYC, you can put in for $7..good concrete ramp

This was our first time. However the gentelman running thhe place was very helpful there. And we enjoyed a delicious burder at swampees too.

We rented a fishing pontoon boat for my dad's birthday and the people here had fair prices and were also very friendly. The boat ran great and was nice and clean. Would concider renting from them again in the future.

Beautiful grounds, neatly kept. Resort is in a U-shape with a great social area shared in the middle...firepit, picnic tables, grills, swimming pool, jacuzzi, basketball court...all nestled in a quiet Florida woods area. Security 24 hours...employee lives on property. Pontoon boat rentals (I shared picture with the phone number on side of boats ). I heard a family rented every room for a big family reunion...superb idea!! That accommodates even your family members who live out-of-state. You have housecleaning services. Every room is fully furnished, full kitchen, air-conditioned. Bring games

Just came back from tropical resort marina we had a great time the staff was great the place is clean little older a great place to stay we rented a boat helpful Bob told us quite a bit about the area and where to go thank you
Must see a swamp house restaurant on the river by boat takes about an hour beautiful ride lots of gators
