When we decided to sell, I called one of the realtors that had been swamping our home with emails and advertising. Much to my surprise he did not answer and his voice mail box was full. Because this was a huge decision for us, we wanted someone who would not be so busy that they could not be responsive to our needs. My 2nd call was to the Tedtaotao Reality Group. Shauntae is excellent. I live in north Roseville close to Fiddyment and Blue Oaks. We met at an open house a couple weeks prior to finding the house I bought. I had not spoke with any other realtors and at that moment knew I wouldn't need too. She is very bright and very professional. Shauntae found exactly what I was looking for very quickly. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Shauntae and her Team. Vicki and Shauntae met with us in early March 2017 to discuss a marketing strategy that at first seemed pretty aggressive. The strategy included yard work, painting, movers, and professional staging that all needed to occur in 3 weeks for the planned listing date.
Shauntae worked with us to provide referrals, coordinate scheduling, and general assistance throughout the process and we met our goal. Upon listing the property, she then had a neighborhood open house followed by the next couple of weekend days with open houses
