Residential
Report
Cracked or sinking concrete can be unsafe and decrease the value of your home. Our 50 years of experience mean that we can permanently lift and seal pool decks, sidewalks, driveways, and more. Your crawl space can play an integral part of your home's structure. Baird can help provide solutions to avoid rot, mold, or structural problems through crawl space encapsulation.
Signs and Symptoms
Report
The key to resolving your home's foundation issues is knowing how to identify the damage before it becomes too advanced or costly. Pronounced floor slopes can be an indication of a structural problem that needs attention. When you see a gap between your floor and interior walls, it typically means that the floors are moving downward while the walls struggle to maintain their connection with the ceiling framing.
Why Urgency Matters
Report
Foundation and concrete problems only get worse with time. It's tempting to ignore them because foundation cracks often progress slowly. But every year that passes adds complexity and cost to the situation. You'll end up paying for it eventually, either when you finally repair it or when you have to lower your price to sell your home - urgency matters.
Foundation Repair
Report
We place a great deal of value in that which keeps our family safe from harm, making our homes one of our largest investments. You've put a lot of time, money, and trust in your home's integrity, so encountering problems with its foundation can feel daunting. When it comes to foundation repair, it's important to seek a solution as soon as problems arise.
