Three pieces of perch, dressed in our house batter and fried crisp, served with tarter sauce, choice of potato, green beans & a dinner salad. A bed of home fries, onions, ham, mushrooms and cheese topped with two basted eggs, cajun spice, toast & jelly. Tender, seasoned pot roast and seasoned potatoes, topped with 2 eggs, served with toast & jelly.
