A belt conveyor scale is a device that continuously measures bulk material as it moves along a conveyor. The system requires two general parameters to operate. First it needs to know the weight of the material being moved along the conveyor belt and second it needs to know the speed at which it's moving along the conveyor belt.

The Bulk Pro Systems Model N-61 Belt Scale System is designed for all purpose weighing applications in harsh industrial environments. The Model N-61 allows you to control feeds rates to crushers, screens, stockpiles, and other processes with a guaranteed accuracy of + 1%. The heavy duty, all in one design is easily installed.

The Bulk Pro Systems Model N-62 Belt Scale System is designed for heavy duty weighing applications. It will provide precise control feed to crushers, mills, screens and other processes at your facility. It can control production, regulate product load out and monitor product inventory while maintaining an accuracy of plus or minus 0.5%.

The Bulk Pro Systems Model N-64 2-Idler and 4-Idler Precision Belt Scale Systems are designed for all high speed, high capacity belts which require high accuracy. They can help you monitor production, confirm incoming product, load-out outgoing product and monitor product inventory.

The Model N-64-2 (2-idler) Belt Scale will maintain an accuracy of plus or minus 0.25% and the Model N-64-4 (4-idler) Belt Scale will maintain an accuracy of plus or minus 0.125%.The N-64 weighbridge utilizes four (4) precision load cells and a full floating design. It has no pivots or easily worn parts and a robust steel tube construction that allows for minimal material build-up.
