Terrible experience. I bought a Kozy Heat gas fireplace that was missing two parts and Sarah was too overwhelmed to get them to me. The following is the email I wrote to her. She never responded.
Dealing with you has been unaccepting bad. Youve apologized twice with the excuse that things are overwhelming. But when I buy something, I dont want to do business with someone who is to overwhelmed to help when there is a problem. I do understand that things are different because of the pandemic, but the pandemic is no excuse not to answer the phone and not to respond. You

I had to hire another fireplace professional to finish what Green Mountain Fireplace left behind after GMF installed a new Kozy Heat gas fireplace originally. The issues: an electric outlet plate left in plastic bag obviously never installed, exposed live electric wires without safety caps, the questionable claim that the fireplace worked when GMF left the property and someone else must have damaged the fireplace afterwards. My new vendor explained to me that the fireplace appeared to work on the battery powered secondary backup system, but the electric outlet powered primary system was never installed

PERFECTION! The kindness of Sarah's service and professional follow through is to be applauded. She directed me to a lovely product and has done great product support. Andrew and Josh are the technicians who installed and did trouble shooting they were excellent in workmanship. Highly recommend!
