You would be responsible for the cost associated with either one of these scenarios. Because we are bonded and insured you can feel safe knowing that in the unlikely event that one of these scenarios occurs you will not be held responsible.

Many customers provide us with a copy of the key to their home, and we take extreme measures to protect each key. Each key is locked in our key safe box. We do not return keys by mail. Keys must be picked up by the client who's name is on file. No one except the client who's name is file can pick up this key.

Use full-strength for stubborn stains, or add 3 cap fulls of concentrated Sol-U-Mel to 16 fl. Sol- U-Mel can remove even stubborn oil stains, crayon, chewing gum and ink. An everyday cleaner doesn't kill bacteria and viruses. In fact, using an everyday cleaner and a cleaning rag or sponge, you could simply be spreading the germs around.
